Hi,

The ordering process was very efficient however I had since had problems logging into my account and sent an email to customer service to which I received an auto response indicating I would receive a reply within 24 hours.  It's been over a week without a response.  In the meantime I am watching my product (online) via UPS to see that it has left the US.... and has now cleared customes in BRAZIL.  However I am in Canada?!? I would appreciate an update please to my logging issues as well as the shipping on my product which I have paid for in full... thank you. B
